Integrative Consulting

My practice in Integrative Consulting uses a holistic methodology that attunes the mind, body and soul to the elemental rhythms found within nature. I work in a creative, organic and multi-tiered manner incorporating aspects of depth psychology, Sophrology (enriched mindfulness combined with dynamic relaxation that encourages body awareness), breath work, archetypal understanding, and labyrinth meditations.

I work with each individual with a variety of modalities depending on the client’s particular needs and concerns. This may include working with mythic narratives, fairy tales, breath work, Sophrology, and guided moving meditations. As a labyrinth facilitator with over 25 years of experience I do encourage my clients to walk the labyrinth and/or simply walk in Nature before or after our sessions. Sometimes individuals choose to do both. A large part of the healing and the integration process comes from the time spent alone in Nature in quiet reflection. With that said, I typically provide a specific meditation focus that I would like the individual to use that is based on the materials we are working on. I also provide suggested readings, meditations and breathing techniques to use between sessions if the client seems interested.

As you know, everyone is unique in the ways that they grow, heal, and journey through life. I honor this by being a guide on the side, working together to encourage living a positive life filled with happiness and well-being.

Cost

Consultation in person, phone, or zoom: All fees are for 60-minute sessions.

1. Session (60-minutes) regularly scheduled: sliding scale $90 – $200
2. Consultation and occasional appointments (60-minutes): $250.

Fees must be paid at the time of session. Payment methods include cash, check and Venmo.

In general, I work with individuals 1-2 hour sessions. I rarely use a clock/timer as there just always seems to be a natural ending to our times together. I encourage the client pay as they see fit; this has always worked, as it is important that the exchange seems fair to us both.
