Rick has two graduate degrees in management and leadership and will soon finish training to become a commissioned lay pastor.  He currently serves as board advisor and grant proposal reviewer for two non-profits.  Rick has started four non-profit organizations and served as treasurer for three non-profit organizations.  He is a former hospital chaplain and the CEO of an international educational non-profit.  Rick is a former engineer and has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals.  He is also a former school board member, adjunct professor of finance and assistant director of a research laboratory.
